The NJCDCA is committed to advancing the sport of cheer and dance in New Jersey by empowering coaches through education, support, and clear communication. We offer ongoing opportunities for professional development, including USA Cheer safety and rule trainings, score sheet reviews, and feedback sessions designed to strengthen coaching practices and athlete performance. By keeping our members informed of USA Cheer and NJCDCA policies, procedures, and scoring guidelines, we aim to foster a consistent, fair, and knowledgeable community that uplifts the standards of our sport statewide.
